I can’t find the product I need or I need to place a custom order.

How long will it take to produce my order before it ships?

All inventoried items are already produced and will ship to you within 1 business day of placing your order.

How long will it take my package to arrive once it ships?

Package delivery time will depend on the distance the package has to travel to arrive at its destination. Ground shipping can take anywhere from 1-6 days.

Can I ship my order to my P.O. Box?

No. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver packages to P.O. boxes. You must provide a physical location when setting the shipping destination at checkout.

How will I know if my order was properly entered?

All completed orders will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of order placement.

I need to cancel my order - what do I do?

Please contact Bob Lilly Customer Service at 214-231-3747 or via email at jfrakes@boblillypromo.com within 1 hour during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm) Monday - Friday.  After hours or on the weekend, please request cancellation via email at jfrakes@boblillypromo.com.

Note: This is the Dickey's uniform store and we can only help with uniform orders; if you placed an order for food please contact the store you placed your order with directly.

What are your business hours?

We are available to help you with your order Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard time.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Orders originating from or shipping to within Texas and California are subject to sales tax. 

Return and Refund Policy

The Client or Franchisee, as appropriate, may return Authorized Inventory for any reason within 30 days of receipt.  The Client or Franchisee will contact BLPP via email for Authorized Inventory return instructions and to obtain a “Return Authorization Number”.  If the return is due to a BLPP mistake there will be no charges; if the return is due to user error there will be a $10.00 restocking fee plus freight back to BLPP.  User error as used herein means incorrect information input by Client when placing orders with and communications specifications to BLPP though the Web Portal.

*** Please note that all shipments made by UPS/FedEx to a residential address may be left on doorstep if nobody is home to sign for the package. Bob Lilly Professional Promotions does not take responsibility for orders that are missing once UPS/FedEx marks the order as delivered.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
